V and R Wedding - University Club of Porto Engagement Session 3

The Investment

Investing in photography ensures that your story is told with the dignity it deserves. My mission is to create a timeless visual legacy, where editorial aesthetics merge with the truth of the moment, giving you memories that will never fade.

01. The Essentials Engagement Portraits

Photography

My approach focuses on the complete narrative of the day. It's not just about capturing isolated moments, but about building a cohesive visual story that begins with the preparations and extends through to the party.

The goal is that, when you look at the photographs, you feel the same emotion as when they were taken. I prioritize discretion and authenticity, ensuring that each image reflects your truth, with careful and timeless editing.

02. The Movement Cinema and Movement

Cinema

For those who value sound and movement, I offer an exclusive video service. We work as a single team, sharing the same aesthetic vision and discretion.

This ensures that there are no visual conflicts on the day and that the final result, both in photography and film, speaks the same language. It's the perfect way to relive the vows, the toasts, and the energy of the dance floor.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your approach to the wedding day?

Our approach is always the same, but we tailor it to each couple, as every wedding is different. We talk to the bride and groom to understand how they envision their big day. On the wedding day, we like to capture real feelings and connections between people to create photographs that are meaningful to the couple!

What's best for my wedding, one or two photographers?

We believe that up to 160 guests, one photographer is best to ensure the utmost discretion on your day, keeping the focus on the bride and groom and their closest guests and family. If the bride and groom expect more than 160 guests, then we suggest two photographers to ensure that you capture other moments and situations among the guests.

How do you organize your wedding schedules?

To facilitate scheduling with the bride and groom, less than a month before the wedding, we send a form with all the details we need to know (locations, times, contacts). We analyze this information and send our feedback on how we intend to approach the day, so that we can cover all the important moments, including the preparations.

How long does it take to deliver the photos and videos?

After the wedding, within the first 48 hours, we always try to send some photos to satisfy your curiosity! Final delivery can take up to 2 months, depending on the time of year. The video has a longer delivery time to ensure that the selection of the best moments meets your expectations.

I'm not good at photography, now what?

One of our jobs is to make people feel at ease, so that they have fun and enjoy their big day.

Do you take group photos?

Yes, we do. Before the big day, we ask the bride and groom if they would like to have group photos with everyone. If they are not interested, we suggest taking natural portraits with only their closest family members.

How do you choose the music for your videos?

We welcome suggestions from the bride and groom and will always take their music choices into consideration. However, in order to create incredible videos, we can only use music that fits well with the footage. The end result will always meet your expectations!

What is an engagement session?

It is a one-hour session before the wedding in a location that matches the couple's personality. We believe that this session is very important to put the bride and groom at ease on the big day.

Can we use the photos from the engagement session?

Yes, of course, all the photos taken during the engagement session are handed over and the bride and groom can use them as they please.

Do you take portraits of the bride and groom on their wedding day?

On the day of the wedding we like to take a few moments with the bride and groom so that they can have some special photographs, the time of these photographs is agreed with the bride and groom.

I hate posed photos, is that a problem?

Of course not, we like to meet the tastes of the bride and groom, we'll do our best to make them feel comfortable and make sure they have memorable photos!
